What Is the Whistleblowing Channel?
The Whistleblowing Channel allows reports to be filed in writing or verbally, through a voice message. In both cases, the whistleblower's guarantees are safeguarded, preserving integrity, security and the processing of personal data.
Before filing a report, the whistleblower must read the terms of use, which set out the matters relating to Data Protection (identity and data controller, purpose, legal basis, recipients, rights and origin of the data) and accept them prior to filing the report.
Any individual or legal entity related to Premium Fiber has the obligation to report through the enabled channels and cooperate with the investigation in accordance with the Internal Information System Procedure.
How Does It Work?
- To file a report, you must complete a form describing any conduct contrary to applicable regulations, the Code of Ethics or the organization's policies, committed by executives, employees, suppliers or other third parties related to Premium Fiber's activity.
- If you wish, the report may be anonymous. When completing the form, you are not required to provide your email, phone number or any other identifying information. The system ensures absolute confidentiality.
- You should attach any evidence, images, videos or documents that support or prove the reported facts, to facilitate the investigation of the report.
Who Handles the Reports?
The person responsible for the Internal Information System is formally appointed by the entity's governing body and acts with full independence and autonomy in the performance of their duties.
The operational management of the channel may be supported externally by icloudCompliance, as a specialized provider, without this implying the assumption of legal responsibility for the System, which remains exclusively with the entity.
The System Officer will provide the Internal Information System Procedure to interested parties upon request, in order to provide additional information on the processing of a report.
External Reporting Channels:
Whistleblowers are hereby informed that external channels are also available for reporting irregularities. The whistleblower may contact the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I., Spain) or the corresponding regional authorities or bodies to report any action or omission falling within the scope of Spanish Law 2/2023.
